They've tried various apps, switched around, and are searching for one that fits them better.
That's why we've decided to create a better app.

Through interviews, I've discovered that users desire different UIs for each goal, such as habits, project management, and scheduling. They also felt inconvenience in using different apps for each purpose.

to satisfying their need for diversity.

Discomfort due to many features
and complex screens.
Among users who discontinued using highly customizable productivity apps like Notion and Trello within 3 months, 75% reported discomfort caused by complex screens with extensive customization options.
It allows users to control their interaction.
So it enhances user experience. but It’s double-edge sword.

Users can switch to editing mode to modify screen structure, with buttons for screen changes hidden for a comfortable UI. They can also easily identify their custom options.

Enabling intuitive customization for users not only allows them to quickly access their desired screens but also reduces the stress of understanding the scope of customization within the app. Moreover, the quicker users grasp this scope, the more it aids them in finding their desired goals.
